HOMEMADE Hot cross crumpets
This recipe is apparently a big favourite of the Easter Bunny, so be sure to leave some out for her.

| Ingredients | Quantity (metric) | Quantity (imperial) |

| Sultanas | 2 tbsp | 2 tbsp |
| Candied peel | 2 tbsp | 2 tbsp |
| Mixed spice | 1 tsp | 1 tsp |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 tsp | 1 tsp |
| Caster sugar | 2 tsp | 2 tsp |
Method
- Chop the sultanas and candied peel, then mix all the ingredients with the crumpet batter before cooking.
- Decorate with all the artistic pzazz you can muster (we used butter cream).
